Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of aliamenage.ca and quote requests for the residential and commercial cleaning services offered by Alia Cleaning in Quebec City and surrounding areas.

A quote when needed
When a price cannot be calculated online, we prepare a quote and agree on the price before cleaning.
24-hour notice
At least 24 hours of notice is requested to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
1. Purpose of these terms
These terms apply to the use of the website and to quote requests for residential and commercial cleaning services offered by Alia Cleaning in Quebec City.
2. Fixed prices and quotes
The total displayed online is a fixed price per visit in Canadian dollars for the selected cleaning, based on the information provided. The total includes our products, equipment, selected extras, any listed travel charge and applicable taxes.
For regular cleaning in a normally maintained home, no reset charge is automatically added to the first visit. Pricing depends on the selected frequency. Weekly and every-two-week cleaning are discounted compared with one-time or monthly cleaning of the same scope. These discounts apply from the first visit and remain the same for following visits of the same scope. The displayed savings apply to cleaning, not extras or flat fees.
If you select buildup cleaning, the additional cleaning charge is included in the requested visit’s total. Future regular maintenance visits are priced for a regularly maintained home, without repeating that charge.
Selected extras are included in the total for the requested cleaning. We will agree with you on which extras to repeat before the work.
Deep cleaning and move-in/out cleaning have online one-time prices when the form’s requirements are met. These service rates already account for the additional work; the one-time regular-cleaning premium does not apply on top.
Linen change: You provide clean, dry sheets and pillowcases. Laundry, ironing and duvet covers are excluded. Pricing is per bed; this extra is unavailable for move-in/out cleaning.
Windows: One unit = one interior pane and its track, at most 1 m², reachable while standing on the floor, without removal.
Deep cleaning: Regular cleaning plus washing baseboards, cleaning doors and switches, and detailed cleaning of accessible kitchen and bathroom surfaces.
Move-in/out cleaning: Empty home: deep cleaning including the interiors of emptied cabinets and drawers. Oven, fridge and windows are optional extras.
No parking fee is added when private parking is provided or free street parking is available. Paid parking adds a $20 flat fee per visit, included in the total; we absorb any cost above that fee. If you select “Not sure”, no amount is added automatically: any parking fee is excluded from the cleaning total and will be agreed by phone before the service.
Commercial work, requests beyond the form’s limits and addresses outside the covered area require confirmation and a custom quote. Online pricing excludes post-construction cleaning, unsanitary conditions or extreme accumulation, mould, hazardous materials and work at height. You may request a visit to discuss a particular need; that does not confirm that we can take it on. Submitting the form does not book an appointment.
Changes to the agreed work
- The price stays fixed for the agreed work, even if it takes longer than expected.
- Material differences in the supplied details or additional requests must be discussed before the affected work starts.
- Any added work or charge requires your prior agreement. No automatic on-site surcharge applies.
Service confirmation
The service is confirmed once we have agreed with you on the cleaning to be done, the schedule, and the final price.
3. Service area
Our services are offered in Quebec City and surrounding areas. Availability depends on the area, operational capacity, and scheduling at the time of booking.
4. Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate and current information so that the quote can be assessed properly and the service can be performed safely.
Access to the property
- Provide reasonable access to the premises on the agreed date
- Share any instructions needed to enter the property
- Ensure basic access to water and electricity when required
Special constraints
The customer must disclose fragile surfaces, alarm systems, pets, restricted access, or any other circumstance that could affect the service before the visit.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
At least 24 hours of notice is requested to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Requests made with shorter notice may not be accommodated on the preferred date, depending on availability.
6. Free touch-up
Report missed work from the agreed service within 48 hours of the visit. We will arrange a return to correct it at no charge. This touch-up covers the work originally agreed.
7. Limitation of liability
Alia Cleaning provides services with reasonable care and according to the standards described on the site. However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect damages, consequential losses, pre-existing wear, latent defects, or issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Any applicable liability remains limited to reasonably foreseeable direct damages arising from the relevant service, subject to mandatory Quebec law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Quebec and applicable Canadian laws. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Quebec and Quebec civil law.
