24-hour notice
At least 24 hours of notice is requested to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
1. Purpose of these terms
These terms apply to the use of the website and to quote requests for residential and commercial cleaning services offered by Alia Cleaning in Quebec City.
2. Quotes and estimates
Any quote provided by Alia Cleaning is a preliminary estimate and not a binding contract. It is based on the information supplied by the customer at the time of the request.
Final pricing may be confirmed or adjusted after a remote or on-site assessment based on size, condition, service frequency, access constraints, and the actual tasks requested.
Factors that may change pricing
- Actual size of the location and number of rooms
- Level of buildup or special site conditions
- Additional services outside the original scope
- Access, scheduling, or equipment constraints
- One-time, weekly, or recurring service frequency
Service confirmation
A service is considered confirmed only once the scope of work, schedule, and final price have been accepted by both parties.
3. Service area
Our services are offered in Quebec City and surrounding areas. Availability depends on the area, operational capacity, and scheduling at the time of booking.
4. Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate and current information so that the quote can be assessed properly and the service can be performed safely.
Access to the property
- Provide reasonable access to the premises on the agreed date
- Share any instructions needed to enter the property
- Ensure basic access to water and electricity when required
Special constraints
The customer must disclose fragile surfaces, alarm systems, pets, restricted access, or any other circumstance that could affect the service before the visit.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
At least 24 hours of notice is requested to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Requests made with shorter notice may not be accommodated on the preferred date, depending on availability.
6. Limitation of liability
Alia Cleaning provides services with reasonable care and according to the standards described on the site. However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect damages, consequential losses, pre-existing wear, latent defects, or issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Any applicable liability remains limited to reasonably foreseeable direct damages arising from the relevant service, subject to mandatory Quebec law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Quebec and applicable Canadian laws. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Quebec and Quebec civil law.
