This policy applies to aliamenage.ca, our contact and quote forms, and communications related to our services in Quebec City and surrounding areas.
It is intended to comply with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, including the amendments commonly referred to as Law 25, as well as the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) where applicable.
2. Personal information we collect
We mainly collect information that you provide directly when you request a quote or contact us.
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Service address or postal code of the property for which you are requesting a quote
- Property or premises details, including size, location type, and requested cleaning level
- Quote or visit preferences, such as frequency, preferred times, and requested services
- Any other information you choose to provide by form, email, or phone
3. How we use information and consent
When you submit a form or contact us, you consent to the use of your information for purposes that are reasonably connected to your request.

4. Cookies, analytics, and local storage
Our site may use cookies or similar technologies to operate properly and to understand site performance.
Functional technologies
A quote draft may be saved in your browser session (sessionStorage) so you can resume the form and change languages. It is removed after successful submission and expires after a short period. It is not used for advertising.
Audience measurement
If analytics tools are enabled, they may collect aggregated technical information such as pages viewed, device type, and site performance data so we can improve the user experience.
Optional Google map
The Google map loads only when you choose “Show Google map.” Google may then receive your IP address and use cookies under its own practices. You can hide the map at any time; choosing “Refuse all” in cookie settings also closes it.

We do not sell your personal information. We only disclose it to service providers that are necessary to operate our website and communications.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of information that no longer needs to be retained. You may also withdraw consent to certain processing where that withdrawal can be honored without preventing the requested service.
